Refund Policy

Introduction

At Edwards & Power, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to offer transparency and fairness to our clients while reflecting the time and resources dedicated to each service.


General Policy

Cooling-Off Period
If you change your mind after purchasing our services, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us in writing within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. This applies unless the service has been fully delivered or commenced with your consent. At which point a refund minus administrative costs may be made. 


Refund Requests After Service Commencement

  • Once we begin processing your request (e.g., drafting documents or engaging Service Providers), refunds will be granted at our discretion.
  • Refunds may be subject to an administration fee to cover work already completed.


Completed Services
Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully completed and delivered to you. This includes any official documents that have 


Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must provide evidence of payment.
  • You must explain your reason for requesting a refund.
  • Your request must comply with the timelines outlined in this policy.


Exclusions

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Where you fail to provide the necessary information for us to complete the service.
  • If you decide to discontinue the service after substantial work has already been completed.
  • For circumstances beyond our control, such as delays caused by third parties or external factors.

  • Payment of Refunds
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.


Your Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
